Cabbage Noodles with Eggs

Prepare ingredients: dried noodles, eggs, cabbage;

Boil water first, and at the same time process the ingredients: shred cabbage; prepare green onion;

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the wok. When the oil temperature is 4 to 50% hot, knock the eggs directly into the wok, and use chopsticks to scatter the egg yolks;

When the eggs are solidified into chunks, put the shredded cabbage into the pot and stir fry;

Pour appropriate amount of soy sauce to mix and season, stir fry evenly, turn off the heat and set aside;

After the water boils, put the noodles in the pot and cook for 3 minutes;

After the noodles are soft and without white core, transfer them to a large bowl, and then scoop an appropriate amount of hot soup; pour the eggs and cabbage into the bowl.
Tips:
1. The cabbage does not need to be particularly rotten. Stir it in the pot and pour soy sauce or light soy sauce, turn off the heat when it becomes slightly soft, to keep the cabbage crisp;
2. Scooping an appropriate amount of hot soup in the noodles is noodle soup, and noodles without soup.
