Wash the leeks with two water and cut finely, add a spoonful of vegetable oil and mix evenly, so that the leeks will not easily produce moisture. Wash the dried vermicelli and soak it softly in hot water. Don't make it too soft, because the leeks are easy to release moisture. Absorb the juice of the leek, it tastes better. After picking it up in cold water, chop mince, don’t cut too small, this is for stuffing buns, which can be slightly larger

Mix the leeks and vermicelli, add five-spice powder, and light soy sauce to mix evenly

(Salt not too much, because light soy sauce has a salty taste, steamed buns are used as a staple food, so the taste is lighter than dumplings, because dumplings have to be boiled. You can remove part of the salt flavor)

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and apply a little water with a brush in a circle, so that it can seal well, because I bought wonton wrapper, which is not easy to seal

Put in the right amount of filling, don’t add too much, just 8 minutes, add a piece of wonton wrapper on top

Use one thumb to press down firmly to pinch the two wonton wrappers and do not open your mouth

Then use a fork to press out the lace, be sure to press it down one by one, so it's a vegetable box

The electric baking pan uses the up and down function keys to preheat, brush a layer of cooking oil on the top, press the pie function button, use high heat, add the vegetable box, and brush a layer of oil on the top

The time is fixed, you can also set the time you want, and turn on the electric baking pan to start frying

Wait until the time is up, because it is fried up and down function, it is very cooked. When the time is up, you can eat it out of the pot. If it's the pasta and the dead skin that you rolled yourself, you can continue frying for a few minutes. Tips:
1. The leeks must be drained. When cutting, add vegetable oil, the leeks will not be easy to get water.
2. The fillings are prepared at will. The stuffed buns with vegetarian fillings and diced ham are also good
3. If there is no electric baking pan, you can use a frying pan to fry, but you need to fry slowly at a low heat.
