Candied Glutinous Rice

Ingredients: 1 bowl of white glutinous rice, black glutinous rice, 3/1 bowl of raisins, 30 grams of dried mango, 2 blueberry-flavored dried plums, 10 rice dumplings, 6 leaves and 1 red date

. Take a large bowl and spread the zong leaves.

.Put the mango strips (cut into shape with scissors) and plums in the middle.

. Sprinkle in white glutinous rice.

. Sprinkle in raisins.
6.
. Sprinkle black glutinous rice, white glutinous rice and dried plums in sequence until the spread is complete.

.Cut off the excess zong leaves and pour a small amount of water.

Cold water pot (electric pot).

. Steam for 16 minutes.

After steaming, pour the rice dumplings into a plate while it's hot, and place them on red dates and raisins.
Tips:
Lay it with zong leaves and you can directly pour it out. The glutinous rice should be soaked overnight so that it is easier to steam (especially black glutinous rice). These preserves are already sweeter, so I don't add any more sugar. If you like, you can add them according to your taste.
Precautions
People with high dampness, hot sputum and fire; people with fever, cough, yellow sputum, and abdominal distension; diabetic patients, people with weak spleen and stomach, elderly, children, and patients who eat glutinous rice cautiously can easily cause indigestion.
