Candied Kumquat

Prepare half a catty of fresh kumquats.

Wash the kumquat and control the surface moisture.
3.
Cut each kumquat in half, removing the seeds as much as possible.

Prepare the right amount of rock sugar.

Put the kumquat and rock sugar in the pot, add water and cook.
6.
Cook for about 20 minutes and add a small amount of brown sugar (because I think the color is too light).
7.
Cook for another 5 minutes to make it color, put it in a bowl, and let it cool before serving.
