Cantonese Shrimp Dumplings

Put the unfrozen shrimp dumplings on top of carrots

When the shrimp dumplings no longer stick to the pan, then you can remove the carrots and continue steaming for ten minutes

Open the lid and let them cool

You can pour a dish of vinegar on the side and eat dumplings
