Caramel Pearl Milk Tea

Prepare two bottles of pure milk, cut open the openings, rinse the tea leaves with warm water, and melt the brown sugar with water

Boil the water in a pot, add the tea leaves and boil for three minutes after boiling, and then simmer for a few minutes. After simmering, pour out. Pour part of the melted brown sugar into the pot and cook the caramel. Pour the tea and boil and turn off the heat. Add milk and condensed milk to boil. After cooking, simmer for two minutes and sift. The milk tea is ready.

Pour a part of the melted brown sugar into a pot and boil, while it is hot, pour in an appropriate amount of tapioca starch, stir evenly with chopsticks, sprinkle a little powder and knead it into a smooth dough

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a dough with a thickness of about 3 mm, then use a knife to cut into small strips, then cut into small pieces horizontally, and then rub the pearls one by one.

After the pearls are rubbed, boil water and stir in the pearls. Cook until the pearls float and cook for another 6 minutes. Then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. After sieving, add the pearls to the milk tea.

Tips:
Don’t add too much tapioca starch at a time, but add a little bit. Rubbing pearls is a bitter job. You can choose a movie you like and rub it while watching. If you want to play the pearls, soak them in ice water after they are out of the pot.
