Caramel Popcorn
1.
Put a small amount of salad oil in the pan, add corn, the amount of corn is less at the bottom of the pan
2.
After frying until one or two burst, close the lid and shake the pan to heat evenly
3.
When you can’t hear the beeping sound, you can open the lid, pick out the completely popped ones, and discard the unpopped ones.
4.
Then boil the caramel, put the sugar and water in a basin first, put it on the stove and heat it slowly over medium heat (do not stir in this process to prevent the sugar from recrystallizing)
5.
When it's heated to caramel color, add butter, then you can stir
6.
Continue heating on low heat until the butter melts and the sugar continues to be caramel-colored
7.
Pour the popped popcorn into the pot and mix well
8.
Mix well and pour it into a baking dish lined with greased paper/oil cloth, and let cool.
9.
The milk is tempting, sweet and crunchy
