Caramel Pudding

Stir pure milk and whipped cream and heat slightly, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir until it melts, turn off the heat and let cool. (Don't boil it, just warm it up).

Pour the egg yolk liquid and the cold milk liquid together, add two drops of kumquat juice or lemon juice (to remove the egg flavor), and stir gently.
