Caramelized Persimmon

1. Hard persimmons, peeled, peeled and cut into thick slices

2. Add sugar and water that can melt the sugar in a non-stick pan, cook on low heat

3. When it turns into caramel color, add water that can cover the persimmon

4. Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat until the syrup is dry.
