Winter Melon Gnocchi Soup

Dig winter melon into a ball shape, wash and cut coriander and persimmon for later use.

Put chopped green onion and five-spice powder in a pot and sauté.

Add the winter melon and persimmon and continue to stir and fry for three minutes.

Add the right amount of boiling water.

Mix the flour with water to form a flocculent.
