Carousel Puffs

Put the pure milk, sugar and butter in the basin first

Stir while heating to melt the butter.

Then add the sifted low-gluten flour and stir evenly, remove it and stop heating.

Add the whole egg in two parts and mix well.

Fill the puff batter with one squeeze bag.

Squeeze into the gold plate.

For baking, the upper tube is 180 degrees, the lower tube is 140 degrees, and the time is 25 minutes

Put the whipped cream and powdered sugar in a clean basin and beat at least 8.9% with a whisk

Then cut the baked puffs in half and squeeze the cream.

Tips:
It is recommended to use an electronic oven that can independently control the temperature up and down, and the temperature is accurately controlled. I use Dongling's DL-K32H oven!
