Carrot Granola & Blueberry Yogurt

Preheat the oven to 180°C, then put the baking paper in the baking tray.

To make oatmeal, put rice syrup, vanilla and coconut oil in a saucepan and slowly heat and melt them.

Add oats, carrots, pecans, sunflower seeds and spices in a large bowl and stir.

Pour in the wet ingredients and stir well.
5.
Pour the mixture on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Check the granola every 7 minutes to make sure it doesn’t burn.

Once it smells fragrant, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
8.
To decorate your yogurt bowl, stir berry powder and sweetener into the yogurt, plus some granola and more berry powder!
