Overnight Oatmeal
1.
Sterilize a heat-resistant glass jar or cup with hot water and put in an appropriate amount of strawberry jam. The homemade strawberry jam will not be very thick, so it is very suitable for making this overnight cereal. If you choose a commercially available jam, it will be very thick. I use It is homemade sugar-free yogurt, so strawberry jam is added. If you use commercially available sweet yogurt, you should consider whether you like sweet overnight cereal. You can also choose to put the yogurt directly without jam at the bottom of the glass jar.
2.
After adding the jam, spread a thin layer of sugar-free yogurt.
3.
Put a layer of granola on the yogurt. Ordinary cereals are fine. The granola I make by myself contains dried blackcurrants and dried mangoes, so these dried fruits are sweet, so there will be less jam. Some, not too much oatmeal.
4.
Spread yogurt-jam on the oatmeal, and then add the oatmeal.
5.
Just repeat the steps. I usually use three layers of jam, three layers of oatmeal, and four layers of yogurt, so that the overnight yogurt cereal is ready. It is recommended that the bottom must be covered with yogurt first, so that the cereal will not be very dry. . After making it, seal it in the refrigerator and keep it fresh. It can be eaten as breakfast or supper the next morning.
Tips:
Since granola contains various dried fruits such as dried cranberries, raisins, etc., it will taste sweet. If you don't like to eat too sweet, it is recommended to use sugar-free yogurt.
