Casserole Version Canned Pears in Syrup
1.
The materials are ready. A set of knives and a pear. Appropriate amount of rock sugar (not photographed.)
2.
Two tools were used for pear peeling this time, one for peeling and one for pitting.
3.
Use a paring knife to remove the pear skin.
4.
Peel the whole thing clean.
5.
Use a fruit knife to divide the pear in two
6.
Remove the pear core.
7.
Cut the pear into small pieces you want.
8.
Put a casserole on the stove and add an appropriate amount of water. I added about 3.5 bowls of water. Bring to a boil and add the pears.
9.
Bring the water to a boil after adding the pears. Turn the heat to medium and low to keep the pot boiling slightly.
10.
After cooking the pears from white to transparent, add rock sugar. Keep it boiling (the water in the pot like this does not overflow)
11.
When the rock sugar melts and taste the sweetness, add a small amount of wolfberry to turn off the heat.
12.
When eating, it must be colorful and delicious, so add some goji berries to decorate it.
Tips:
1. If you use ordinary knives when cutting pears, oxidation, that is, discoloration of the pears will occur, so you must quickly soak in salt water to prevent excessive oxidation.
2. The canned pears are cooked, put them in a clean glass bottle, put them upside down and wait until they are cold, and they are the canned pears that were eaten as a child.
3. If you don't have a casserole, you can use an electric rice cooker, pressure cooker, etc., don't use an iron pan to cook sugar water.
