Celery Stir-fried Sausage

Cut the pure meat sausage into large pieces, put it in a pot and boil in cold water, cook for about 4 minutes

Take out the sausage and cut into diagonal sections. Wash the celery and red pepper and cut into diagonal sections. Slice garlic, shred ginger and set aside

Heat oil in a cold pan, put the garlic and ginger in the pan and stir-fry for a while, then pour the celery and red hot pepper into the pan and stir-fry together for about 3 minutes

Sprinkle a small amount of salt, pour in the sausage and continue to stir fry for about 1 minute

Pour in a small amount of water, after the water is boiled, pour the light soy sauce on it, mix well and take it out of the pot.
Tips:
Sausages are usually salty, so when adding salt, put less.
