Potatoes and Black Pepper Beef Stew Rice

Cut the potatoes and carrots into dice; cut the onions into sections (cut to this point and you are already crying! You can also dice if you are capable)

Wash the rice with water and soak it well, so that the rice will feel softer

Cut the sausage in half and fry until it is formed

Stir-fry the vegetables together, pour a little cooking wine; after sautéing, pour the soaked rice water to stew the vegetables softly, add the dark soy sauce, chicken powder, black pepper, salt, and simmer for about 5 minutes

Spread the chopped sausage on the soaked rice, sprinkle some black pepper, pour the fried vegetables on the sausage, add water until it is level with the vegetables, and put the rice cooker into standard cooking mode

Tips:
Because the beef sausage I bought is black pepper flavour, there is onion in the side dish, and I use olive oil, so I didn’t add green onion, ginger and garlic to stir fry. If you choose Chinese style, you can try
