Chaoshan pulp "is famous for its fragrant taste and tenderness inside. It must be cooked fresh and eaten with orange oil, so that it can taste its characteristics."

Chaoshan Pulp

1. Cut the pork, horseshoe, and green onion into fine pieces.

2. Add salt, sugar, five-spice powder, sweet potato powder and mix well.

3. Cut the rot film diagonally into four equal parts.

4. Place the minced meat on the round edge of the hummus and compact.

5. Roll up while compacting.

6. Cut the rolled pulp into small pieces.

7. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the pulp sections, and lightly fry them over medium-low heat.

8. When the flesh is deep-fried into golden brown, turn on the fire for a while (the main principle is to force out the oil in the flesh). Stained with orange oil when eating.
