Cheese Roll

This is homemade rice wine with a strong taste

Filter out 500g, filter out rice grains

Put it into a fresh-keeping bag and roll it flat with a rolling pin

Tear the fresh-keeping bag, squeeze the bean paste filling into a long strip, and place it on one end

Roll it up with a fresh-keeping bag and a rolling pin, and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour

Take it out and cut into pieces
Tips:
I didn't use sugar. The bean paste is sweet, so I won’t get used to it at the first bite.
