There is a snack in the house, and I like all kinds of delicious food. When I get up in the morning, there is no time to make breakfast. So I love all kinds of quick breakfast. The sweet purple potato and the creamy cheese will give you a burst of pulp after a bite! With a bowl of purple sweet potato porridge, a good day begins.

Purple Sweet Potato Cheese Soft Pie

1. Peel the purple sweet potato, cut into pieces, and steam until cooked.

2. Press it into a mashed purple potato while it's hot.

3. Mix all-purpose flour and glutinous rice flour in a ratio of 5:1, and add white sugar.

4. Pour the milk, don't finish it all at once, add it slowly.

5. Stir it so that it can drip slowly.

6. Brush the non-stick pan with a thin layer of oil or not.

7. Pour a tablespoon of batter and turn the pot to make the batter form a dough cake.

8. Add half of the mashed purple potato.

9. Spread the right amount of cheese.

10. Fold the dough in half, turn it over and fry for a while.

11. Like this, both sides are beautifully golden and ready to be out of the pot, cut it in the middle with a knife and you can eat it.

Tips:
