Cherry Mousse Cake
1.
Homemade canned cherries, weigh 270 grams of cherries, with a portion of canned cherries water.
2.
Put the cherries and a small amount of canned water into the food processor and beat them into cherry puree.
3.
Take a part of the cherry puree and add fish gelatin powder to completely melt it. If the hot water does not heat up, you need to change the hot water several times in between. After melting, pour it into the remaining cherry puree and mix well.
4.
Add sugar to the whipped cream and beat it until the egg beater is lifted, and the dripping whipped cream will disappear quickly after it has formed.
5.
Pour the cherry puree into the whipped cream and stir evenly, and the mousse is ready.
6.
Use the mousse ring to press the desired shape on the cake slice. This heart-shaped mousse ring presses out three cake slices.
7.
Put the mousse ring on a six-inch pizza pan, take out a piece of cake and place it on the bottom of the mousse ring, and then tear off the other two cake pieces by hand, about 1 cm in width.
8.
Pour a part of the mousse, then add a slice of cake.
9.
Then pour a part of the mousse, and then put in the last piece of cake, then pour the rest of the mousse into the mold, smooth the surface, and put it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
10.
Soak the gelatin tablets in cold water to soften.
11.
To make the mirror, weigh the canned cherry water and add the softened gelatin slices, and then heat it over water to completely melt it, stirring constantly during the process.
12.
Let the mirror material cool slightly, take out the refrigerated cake, pour it on top, put it in the refrigerator again, and keep it here overnight.
13.
Take out the refrigerated mousse cake and prepare to demould. The bottom of the cake is the cake piece. Use toothpicks to loosen the sides of the cake piece, and then use a hair dryer to blow around the mousse mold for about 1 minute to easily take out the mold.
14.
Finally decorate the leaves, sugar beads and flowers on the cake, and the cherry mousse cake is complete.
