Chestnut Roast Chicken-a Delicious Healthy Dish
1.
Shell the chestnut, (see [Clever Peeling Chestnut-Rice Cooker Version]), wash the chicken, soak in clean water for 20 minutes, and remove the blood. If it is raw chestnut, it must be cooked first.
2.
Put oil in the pan, fry the cooked chestnuts in the pan until golden and remove them, set aside.
3.
Heat oil in a pot, add sliced ginger, green onion, and chicken.
4.
When the chicken color turns golden, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white sugar, stir fry for a while, put in the fried chestnut, stir fry evenly.
5.
Add boiling water and submerge the food. Bring to a boil, adjust to medium heat and cook until fully cooked and the juice is collected. When starting the pot, add salt and chicken essence.
