Braised Chicken Wings with Red Wine and Chestnut

When the raw materials are ready, break the chestnut into small pieces by hand;

Chop chicken wings into moderately small pieces (you don’t need to chop them);

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the chicken wings when it is 50% hot, and fry on low heat until both sides are slightly yellowed;

Pour in the red wine, the amount of red wine depends on the amount of raw materials, about a little more than half of the raw materials

Continue to pour the cola, equal to the raw material;

Put in the chestnut

Bring to a high heat and turn to medium and low heat until the juice is collected;

Just add salt before serving.
Tips:
1. If you don't touch the wine, you can reduce the amount of red wine to 1/3, and increase the amount of water;
2. The chestnut is best to be made into small pieces, so that it is easy to ripen and taste.
