Chicken Soup with Red Dates and Black Fungus

Chop chicken halves.

Prepare red dates and black fungus.

Soak the black fungus in water to soften it. It’s better to use cold water if you have enough time.

Add ginger and shallots to the pot to boil water, then add the chicken pieces, blanch them, and rinse them off.

Add the chicken nuggets to the casserole and add the red dates.

Add appropriate amount of water, boil on high heat for 5 minutes, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly.

The chicken soup is simmered for about 2 hours, it's old chicken. Add black fungus and cook 15 minutes before cooking.
8.
Season with salt and add some medlars.
Tips:
The chicken broth should not be blanched for too long. Some people like to fry the chicken nuggets and then stew it.
