Chili Steamed Rice Noodles

Cut rice noodles into sections, mince pepper and garlic.

Add oil to the pan, fry the minced garlic and pepper, add light soy sauce and water to make a juice.
3.
Pour it on the chopped rice rolls.
4.
Add water to the pot, put in rice rolls, and steam for 3 minutes after the water is boiled.
