Tips:
1. When making the tart crust, pay attention to the butter must be softened at room temperature, but do not heat it into a liquid otherwise it cannot be sent later: the egg yolk liquid must be added in batches to prevent water and oil separation: remember to sift the low powder and do not over-stir it. The taste will be very hard: the bottom of the tart must be pierced to prevent bulging.
2. Pay attention to several points for mousse paste. If you don’t have black sesame and walnut powder, you can also make a fine powder with black sesame and walnuts at home. If you don’t have a powdering tool, you can add water and use the most common machine to make a paste, and then add water. Add milk to boil, but during the cooking process, be sure to sit in hot water and cook while stirring. If there is no gelatine powder, you can use gelatine slices. Remember to soak in advance.
3. Don't beat the cream in the final decoration, otherwise it will be difficult to squeeze. When you beat it into a flowing state, you can easily squeeze it into an arc shape. You can use a toothpick when you draw expressions in black, and the opening of the piping bag can be cut smaller. ; The ears can also be placed first and then used with black tricks.
