Chinese Wolfberry and Green Plum Wine

Find a 20 kg jar that can be sealed, scrub it, and let it dry in a ventilated place (wipe it with kitchen paper before making to prevent moisture)

Soak the green plums you bought in light salt water for two hours to pick out the rotten ones, otherwise the green plum wine will deteriorate

Place the soaked green plums in a cool and ventilated place to dry (avoid direct sunlight)

Spread the green plums on the bottom of the tank

Spread the wolfberry and dried hawthorn on the rock sugar powder

Just put a layer of green plum, a layer of rock sugar, and a layer of dried hawthorn and wolfberry

Liquor choose from 30 degrees to 40 degrees, so that you can make a good wine

Pour the wine into the jar slowly, then seal it, and wrap the mouth of the jar with plastic wrap
