Star Anise Crisp is a traditional Chinese specialty. It is characterized by being crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I used red bean paste. You can choose the filling you like. The process will be explained below.

2. First make the shortcrust pastry, weigh 100 grams of low flour and 40 grams of lard to make a dry pastry

3. Then weigh 150 grams of low flour, add 30 grams of lard, and an appropriate amount of water to make a water oily skin

4. Then wrap the dry pastry in the water and oil skin, roll it out, then roll up the pastry pastry and pick them into small doses.

5. Then take an agent, roll it into a dough smaller than the dumpling wrapper, wrap it with bean paste, close it down, press it into a small pie shape, and then mark a rice seed on the small pie
