Chinese Yam and Mushroom Chicken Soup

Prepare food; wash the grass chicken, cut into large pieces, peel and wash the yam, cut into pieces, wash and remove the roots of the shiitake mushrooms.

Put the grass chicken into the pressure cooker

Add appropriate amount of water, put ginger slices, green onion knot, cooking wine, boil on high heat, simmer for 20 minutes, turn off the heat.
