Chocolate West Toast

Cut the toast around.

Put the egg yolks and milk in a large bowl.

Beat evenly.
4.
Pour the milk and egg liquid into a flat-bottomed bowl, soak both sides of the toast with the egg liquid.

Take out the toast and place the chocolate in the middle of the toast.

Place another piece of toast soaked in egg liquid on top of the chocolate, and use chopsticks to compact the four sides of the toast.
7.
In a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, melt the butter over a low heat.
8.
Fry the toast on both sides with low heat.
9.
Take it out, cut diagonally into triangles, and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon powder and powdered sugar.
