In fact, sometimes I think it’s harder to make vegetarian dishes because it doesn’t taste much. If you just fry it every day, everyone will be tired of it in a few days, so I have to put more effort into making vegetarian dishes more delicious. Usually the loofah is in I will eat it myself after we fry it, so this time I will pair it with the vermicelli which Han Dad likes, and add some homemade chopped peppers. This will not only reduce the oil, but also serve more rice.

6. Put it in the steamer and steam for ten minutes

Tips:

1. There is salty taste in chopped pepper and steamed fish soy sauce, so there is no need to put salt in the whole process
2. Do not steam for too long, or it will be too soft and tasteless
3. Stir it when you eat it will make it more delicious
