Chopped Pepper Bream

Wash the bream, remove the internal organs, make a few knives on the back to taste, and then use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture.

Spread salt all over the fish.

The fish is stuffed with sliced ginger and green onions.

After the water is boiled, add the bream, steam it on high heat for 10 minutes, and take it out.
5.
Sprinkle with chopped chili sauce, light soy sauce and heated salad oil.
Tips:
We don’t need steamed fish soy sauce for a long time, we just use light soy sauce, which is as fresh as it is (^_^)v
