Chopped Pepper Eggplant
1.
Cut long eggplant into strips.
2.
Place it on a plate, top with chopped chili sauce, and sprinkle with a layer of salt.
3.
Put it in a steamer and steam for ten minutes.
4.
Take out the plate and place garlic, green pepper, and dried chili on the eggplant.
5.
Pour oil into the pot, add a few peppers and sauté fragrant.
6.
After the oil is hot, pour it on top of the eggplant.
Tips:
1. You can use round eggplants, but they don’t look good.
2. Chopped chili sauce is also salty. Add some salt to make the eggplant more flavorful. The eggplant will not look good if it is colored with light soy sauce.
3. The oil must be heated, pour it on the garlic to fragrant.
