Christmas Gingerbread House
1.
Prepare the required materials
2.
Heat the milk, add brown sugar and honey, and mix well
3.
Add low powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder
4.
Add powdered sugar and mix well
5.
Heat the butter into a liquid state
6.
Pour into the mixture, stir first with a spatula, and then grasp and knead into a dough.
7.
Cover the whole dough with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to relax for 1 hour.
8.
It is best to sprinkle some high flour on the countertop to prevent sticking. My dough has been left for a long time, so it is a bit hard, non-sticky, and no flour. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a long block about half a centimeter thick, and take out the previously drawn cottage. The paper pieces are laid on the pie crust and cut according to the shape.
9.
Put it in a baking dish, pierce some holes with a fork to exhaust air
10.
A total of 11 pieces
11.
I made a large slice of biscuit separately and used it as a floor. I also made a few fences.
12.
Oven 175 degrees, preheat, 175 degrees, upper and lower fire, upper layer, 15-18 minutes, bake a total of three pans, let cool and set aside
13.
Icing sugar and half an egg white with an electric whisk, mix well
14.
Put it in a piping bag
15.
First assemble the frame of the hut, and then let it sit for 30 minutes while assembling the chimney part,
16.
Finally assemble it as a whole, and then decorate it
Tips:
The biscuits must be placed on a flat baking tray, so that the baked biscuits will not be uneven and easy to assemble.
The icing should be used as soon as possible, otherwise it will dry out. If it dries, add some egg whites.
