Chuanxiu Yogurt

Pour the milk into the container, there are 4 boxes of milk in total.

Add a small bag of 1g of bacterial powder (if the milk is less than two boxes, reduce the amount of bacterial powder) and stir evenly for 5 minutes

Put the finished product into the yogurt machine, and finally wait for about 8 hours to ferment. If you want to be thinner, the fermentation time can be shorter, but the old yogurt I made took 8 hours. The taste is really the same as what is sold in the supermarket. If you feel sour, you can add honey or sugar according to your needs, but I can accept the acidity and only add jam. The taste is great~
