Pour 200ml of pure milk first, pour in the yogurt bacteria, and stir thoroughly with anhydrous and oil-free chopsticks

Then pour the rest of the pure milk to 1 liter, or 1.2L

Put the container into the yogurt machine and set the yogurt program. The time depends on the temperature. The setting time can be longer in winter, 9-10 hours, and the setting time in summer is shorter, 7-8 hours.
