Classic Dessert----【yangzhi Ganlu】

After the water is boiled, add the sago, cook for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the sago has no white spots.

Drain the sago into the cold water.

Prepare the mango and red grapefruit, mash half the mango into puree, half cut the meat, and half the red grapefruit to take the meat.

Prepare 200ML coconut milk. In fact, you can put the amount of these ingredients according to your personal taste, not necessarily the amount.

Add the milk and coconut milk to a boil (the sweetness is according to your preference and the sugar is added). After letting cool, add sago.

Prepare a bowl, add sago coconut milk, mango puree, mango flesh and red grapefruit flesh. Just get two cherries for decoration. (These ingredients can be put in the refrigerator and then eaten more refreshing)
Tips:
◎If you don't like the sour taste of grapefruit, you can use ordinary grapefruit instead. The taste is also good, but the color is not as good as grapefruit.
◎You can also add some evaporated milk to increase the sweetness and milky aroma of poplar twig nectar.
