Cocktail Jelly Popsicle

Take 1 part of isinglass powder, about one level spoonful

Soak the isinglass powder in cold water to thoroughly absorb the water, then heat to melt for use

Peel the papaya and remove the seeds, a small piece is enough, of course you can replace it with any other fruit

For cocktails, you can choose any flavor you like, I chose two that are closer to the color of the fruit

Divide the isinglass powder solution into two bowls, pour them into the cocktail and mix well. The amount of wine is according to the size of your own mold.

Insert the popsicle into the popsicle mold, put the fruit, pour the liquid, put it in the refrigerator overnight, you can easily demould it
Tips:
There is a precaution for making popsicles, that is, it is best not to use pure liquid, which freezes slowly but melts very quickly.
