Cinnamon Roasted Banana

Soak the raisins for 10 minutes in Rui's cocktail

Bananas are ready, not too raw or too ripe

Peel off the top of the banana and keep the bottom

Use a fruit knife to segment the banana instead of cutting it to the end

Put the bananas in a non-stick baking dish, and brush a layer of honey on the surface of the bananas

Sprinkle with cinnamon powder

Insert the soaked raisins into the cracks of the banana

Preheat the oven at 160 degrees

Put the baking tray into the oven and bake for about 12 minutes at 160 degrees
10.
Sprinkle some raisins on the baked bananas, pour cocktails, and enjoy afternoon tea.
Tips:
1. The raisins are soaked in a cocktail for better taste; or soaked in warm water;
2. The baking time varies from person to person. If you like a softer and sweeter taste, you can extend the baking time appropriately;
