Cocoa Caramel Pudding
1.
Pour the milk into the pot and boil on low heat
2.
Soak the gelatin powder in clean water and let it melt naturally. Don’t stir it with chopsticks, it won’t melt.
3.
Pour the soaked gelatin powder into the boiled milk, add white sugar and cocoa powder. Stir to mix evenly. Other seasonings can be added according to personal preference.
4.
Pour the boiled pudding liquid into a round-bottomed bowl and sift out the unmixed seasoning
5.
After standing still, put it in the refrigerator and take it out three hours later.
6.
Buckle the bowl on the plate and put a hot towel on the bowl to melt it slightly for easy demoulding.
7.
Pour the caramel at the end and enjoy!
Tips:
Because the cocoa powder cannot completely melt with the milk, it will accumulate at the bottom of the bowl, don’t worry, it looks beautiful when it is demoulded
