Coconut Braised Black-bone Chicken

Wash the drumsticks and cut into pieces for later use

Soak the sea cucumber in advance (I added the sea cucumber at will, don’t put it), wash the raw meat and wolfberry, and slice the ginger for later

Open the coconut cup and pour one third of the coconut milk (I bought the coconut that has been opened)

Put the chopped black chicken legs, sea cucumber, raw meat, wolfberry, and ginger slices into the coconut cup

Pour clean water into the electric pressure cooker and put the coconut cup in the pot

Cover with coconut lid and electric pressure cooker lid, keep the pressure for 40 minutes

After the electric pressure cooker is exhausted, open the lid and eat (if you like to eat salty, add a small amount of salt, I like the original flavor)
