Coconut Milk Brick
1.
Prepare the materials.
2.
Pour the milk, white sugar, and sweet potato starch into the pot and stir evenly.
3.
Turn on medium and low heat and stir while cooking.
4.
Cook for about 4 minutes and it will become a viscous paste, then turn off the heat (do not stop stirring during cooking).
5.
Pour the milk paste into a container, let it cool a bit, and then put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours to accelerate solidification.
6.
After refrigerating, take it out and cut into cubes. Dip the coconut paste on all sides and enjoy it 😊.
Tips:
If there is no sweet potato starch, you can use wheat starch or tapioca starch instead.
