Coconut Milk Sago

Put the sago in a bowl and add an appropriate amount of boiling water to soak for 10 minutes

Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil, and introduce the sago soaked in a bowl to boil for 10 minutes

After cooking for 10 minutes, when the sago only has a little white core left, turn off the heat and cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes

Wait until the sago becomes completely transparent

Pick up the cooked sago, run it in cold water, drain the water and set aside

Pour coconut milk powder into a large cup, add some sugar

Pour in 300g of boiling water, stir well and let cool

Then put the sago into the cup, pour it into the coconut milk and it's ready
Tips:
1. The amount of sugar is added according to your taste!
2. Soak the sago in boiling water for 10 minutes before boiling, and turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes at the end. This can reduce the time to fire!
3. The boiled sago can be cooked in cold water to make the taste of sago chewy!
