Coconut Mung Bean Cake

700 grams of mung beans ready to be peeled

After washing and soaking overnight, add appropriate amount of water and press in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes. The amount of water should be less, and the beans will be cooked like rice, so that the cooked stuffing will not have much moisture, which can save the time for frying stuffing.
