Coke Braised Goose

Heat the pot, add a small amount of peanut oil, then put the goose down and boil for a few times until the skin changes color, then pour in soy sauce and cola, add garlic, and boil on high heat for ten minutes

Change the heat to the medium heat and keep simmering until the soup thickens, as shown in the picture, you can get from the pot to the dish

Tips:
Because the soy sauce is salty, there is no need to add salt. I bought the goose directly at the market and asked the seller to kill it for me and then go home to clean it. I used the goose’s head, feet, and wings to make soup with dried mushrooms. tastes good
