Braised Pork on Rice

Pour pork belly into the pot and stir fry until golden in color

Pour the cooking wine and dark soy sauce, add water to submerge the pork

Pour green onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon and rock sugar

Add salt to taste and pour into the cola

Pour in hard-boiled eggs and simmer for 60 minutes
