Cold Blood Coral

                                Prepare all the ingredients; soak the blood coral with clean water for 8 hours in advance, and change the water 3-4 times in the middle

                                Prepare pepper and chili; mince garlic and set aside

                                Pour water into the pot and blanch the soaked blood coral; immediately take it into cold water and let it cool

                                Pour the chili oil into a bowl of minced garlic and sesame seeds. Add light soy vinegar chicken essence and salt and stir evenly into a sauce; pour the sauce into the blood coral and stir evenly.
