Coleslaw

Soak the agar-agar in cold water for 15 minutes until the agar-agar is soaked, then wash and drain.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the agar-agar.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add some light soy sauce.
5.
Add a little chicken essence.
6.
Add an appropriate amount of white sugar.
7.
Pour in an appropriate amount of vinegar.
8.
Add appropriate amount of sesame oil and mix all the ingredients evenly.
Tips:
Gelidium can not be boiled in hot water, it will melt as soon as it is heated.
