Speaking of wild vegetables, we think of all kinds of wild vegetables on land. In fact, there are wild vegetables in the sea, such as sea cabbage, seaweed, stone cauliflower, etc., all of which are gifts from the sea. What I used today is stone cauliflower from the sea, and use it to make a delicious sea jelly. I once ate sea jelly in Qingdao, and have never forgotten about it ever since. As a foodie, I must try my best to cook the food I like. After checking the information, it is not difficult, so I will do it automatically, haha, a success! The prepared sea jelly is crystal clear and refreshing after the cold salad. It feels good. Although it is troublesome to make it by yourself, you don't have to go to Qingdao when you want to eat it, haha.

Ingredients

Homemade Sea Jelly

1. Beat the dried stone cauliflower to remove the sand and salt inside

2. Clean with water repeatedly

3. Put stone cauliflower and mineral water white vinegar in a pot, boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 50 minutes

4. Cooked Geliac

5. Filter out the residue

6. Put the filtered juice into a container and freeze for about 2 hours before it solidifies

7. Sliced sea jelly

8. Add chili oil, white vinegar, salt

9. Mix well and serve.

Tips:

The filtered residue can still be boiled with water, but I did not continue to do it because of trouble.
