Cold Cucumber Fungus

Prepare the materials, soak the fungus in water and tear it into small flowers.

Mince the garlic, flatten the cucumber with a knife, and cut into 1cm sections.

Take a clean container and put two tablespoons of vinegar.

Putting a tablespoon is very fresh.
5.
Put a tablespoon of tahini.
6.
Put half a spoon of sesame oil.
7.
Put a teaspoon of white sugar and a teaspoon of salt.
8.
Mix the above ingredients and seasonings and mix well.
9.
Plate.

Each tastes different, mine is sesame sauce, adjusted according to my own taste.
