Cold Fish Shreds

Soak the shredded fish in warm water for 5-10 minutes. At the same time, mince the chili and garlic, and shred the ginger.

Boil the water in the pot, pour the soaked fish shreds into the pot until it is boiled and drained.

Pour the chopped ingredients into a frying pan and stir-fry, add a little salt.

Pour the fried ingredients on the shredded fish, add soy sauce, and mix well.
Tips:
The shredded fish must be soaked first, otherwise it may cause the shredded fish to be cooked thoroughly but not boiled yet. Be quick when mixing fish shreds.
